Qualified Medication Aide program at Freedom Academy

Qualified Medication Aides (QMA’s) are all members of a team responsible for giving residents in extended care environments the correct medication. This course meets Indiana State Department (ISDH) standards for QMA training and equips participants with the knowledge and skills required to sit for the ISDH QMA certification exam.

Location: Various Locations throughout northeast Indiana. (Various County)
Type of Program: Workforce Training. This opportunity primarily is geared towards students who have graduated high school.
Eligibility: Freedom Academy courses are held in Allen, Adams, DeKalb, Huntington, Noble, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitley counties in Northeast Indiana.
